Our Vision
We envision a world where young people will have equal opportunities for development and not be negatively impeded due to their ethnicity, religious or social backgrounds.
Our Mission
Ways’ main purpose is to break down barriers and create unity between youth of any kind, both locally and globally. Our work is based on the principles of inclusivity, diversity, tolerance and respect.
Who are we?
WAYS is a non-profit youth organization based in Copenhagen, but made up of young people from all over the world. Our members come from a wide variety of backgrounds, reflecting the multicultural framework we work within. The organization was started in 2015, and has been expanding ever since.
What do we do?
WAYS helps to create strong relations and connections between young people from all different cultural and social backgrounds. Participating in projects all over the world, we offer young people mainly cost free travel opportunities to explore other cultures and ways of living, develop key competences, make new friends, and discover something new about themselves in the process.
Why do we do what we do?
We want to build bridges and understanding across countries and cultures, and fight against the increasing polarization that we see in the world today. We want to provide young people with a sense of belonging, and a platform for self expression and learning, so everyone can become the very best version of themselves.
